John..I noticed his o-bit in the paper and thought of you. I did not realize how hard his life was. Being a POW is about the worst that can happen to you. I do have to admit, I have not read any of his books, but to honor him, and you John, I will read one this summer.
I am lucky to have worked most of my adult life in a profession that I do truly love...teaching college. I also love weaving, and working in my gardens as I am able. I enjoy music and TV and playing with our dog Jill, and our cat Little Bit. I like life and sharing it with my wife and friends and family.

Can't wait for you visit.... thanks, Ruth
My mother used to tell me about the bombing of the beautiful city of Dresden, and when I read Slaughterhouse-Five, I was transported there.
Kurt Vonnegut will be missed.
