Kurt Vonnegut Died Today


I have read all of his book and many of his short stories...


My most favorite author died today and I am sad and there is a very large hole in my life.

John..I noticed his o-bit in the paper and thought of you. I did not realize how hard his life was. Being a POW is about the worst that can happen to you. I do have to admit, I have not read any of his books, but to honor him, and you John, I will read one this summer.

My mother used to tell me about the bombing of the beautiful city of Dresden, and when I read Slaughterhouse-Five, I was transported there.

Kurt Vonnegut will be missed.
