The Old Testament word in Hebrew for manure is "Peresh" which means: faecal matter, dung, offal.
The New Testament word in Greek for manure is "Skubalon" and means: any refuse, as the excrement of animals.
I'm with Ruth...those words above and the word "manure" doesn't give us the sound of the meaning with what it is...but the word "shit" says it all.
Let's try that, "Oh Skubalon!" Wow, I see what you mean....
