I was inspired by Ruth's blog and her pictures so I thought I would try to share the enjoyment of my garden with you..... Her flowers are really elegant - thank you Ruth. My flowers are more workmanlike... (that is not actually a word, but it will do in this case) I am probably not smarter than a 5th grader, but I do love that show!!!
This is a brown eyed car niv or - growing in the straw - nick name - Jill
This is my tomato garden surrounded by marry golds!!
These are tomato hopefuls!!!
This is our perennial garden - I really love echinacea - cone flowers. There are threen varieties here - Sunrise, Twilight, and Sundown..
Here is one up close - it is being eaten by the Japenese Beetels that arrived last week - I will put our traps for them in a day or two....
There are sunflowers. I had a really hard time getting that yard stick to grow!!!!
This is a day lilly - we planted the roots over a year ago and it finally grew - Now, I think it was worth the wait.
You may recall the mullian that I had in a blog a few weeks ago. You may not as well..... anyway, this is it and you can see by the yard stick that it has grown quite a bit... it is not finished yet.
here is Scag man!
with a bug catcher!!!
Thanks for letting me share.... Have a great week and remember to take good care of yourself so that you can take good care of someone else. Peace, john

John...is that you John???? You look mighty different...you shaved!! Looks good, but I liked you with wiskers also.
hey..forgot to mention, can I drive your scag when I'm down there..lol
yes......
does this Dennis will be shaving his beard also?!?...lol
doubt it!
NO WAY!
I like the new look John! I hate shaving so I keep my beard throughout the year. Just keep it real short with a Norelco beard shaver...makes my life a bit easier.
Nice pictures! Keep up the great work. One of these days, I need to show off all the rocks I'm growing in my yard. You, Ruth, Marie and Dennis should have a good laugh!
