In the meantime, we are selling our home and buying another..... Our house went on the market on May 1 and by Monday, Cinch de Mayo, three people will have come to look at it...... pray for a contract, a good one even!!!
We have not closed on the new house yet, so we only have one mortgage for the time being.... When we close, we will have two until this place sells....
Although moving is not our favorite thing, we are excited!!! Here is a picture.......

Very Nice! What brought on the move? Seems like you had a beautiful place with a great view and some land. Does this get you closer to work?
It is an area of town where we have wanted to live and there is quite a bit less land to take care of.... trying to look toward the future when it will become more difficult to take care of that extra land.... moving itself is just not that interesting!!!
If I were going to move, I think I'd like to live out in the general area where you were or in the Tree Streets.

The second most stressful thing is moving!!!! Roy's is moving me!!! Roy's is a local moving company that moves people all around the country... in fact every time I mention Roy's to someone respond positively to that news.... so,NO heavy lifting for us or any or our friends!!!! Cheers, john
