Tomorrow I go for my annual bladder cancer check-up. Today I am pensive. While I have no reason to think I will not have an okay result, I always wonder............

I worked in my garden this morning and then I went to church and sprayed Round Up Pro on some of the grass growing in our parking lot....It is a very large parking lot so I only did as much as I could in about an hour and a half......I like yard work even if it is in the parking lot!

Then I came home and ate lunch and begun reading some material I will be reporting on at a church meeting this Sunday..............I found the following in a book I was reading:

"God, I know that I've made a lot of mistakes in my life. I know that I have sinned. But I believe that you can help wipe the slate clean. I believe you sent your son, Jesus, to die on the cross for me, and I accept him now as my Savior and Lord. God, I thank you for drawing me to you, I thank you for your forgiveness, and I thank you for the new life you have begun in me. I believe I am your creation. Amen."
